Krispy Kreme is celebrating its 87th birthday on Friday, July 12 by offering customers a sweet deal. The company announced that customers who purchase any dozen doughnuts at regular price can receive a dozen Original Glazed for 87 cents on July 12. 

There is a limit of two dozen when purchased in-store or via drive-thru, and one dozen when purchased online for pickup or delivery.

Customers ordering online can redeem the offer using the code BDAY, according to Krispy Kreme.

"Treating our fans on our birthday is a long-standing tradition," said Dave Skena, Global Chief Brand Officer for Krispy Kreme, in a press release.
