Sheriff's Department Seeks Suspects in Spring Valley Birthday Party Shooting

The San Diego County Sheriff's Department is actively searching for armed individuals who opened fire during a birthday celebration in Spring Valley, resulting in five injured adults on Saturday night.

The shooting occurred shortly after 8 p.m. in the 9000 block of Ildica Street. Residents reported hearing disturbances as law enforcement rushed to the scene, with a helicopter overhead in pursuit of the suspects.

According to residents, three young men are suspected, as they were seen running after the gunfire.

Authorities reported that seven individuals were transported to the hospital: five adults and two minors. The San Diego Police are diligently working on the case, gathering details about the crime.
