San Diego streets to close for events this weekend

Here’s a list of the streets that will be closed
In preparation for San Diego Pride celebrations, several streets in the city will be closed. Organizers have announced the following details regarding the street closures:
Friday, July 19:
- Normal St. and Harvey Milk St. will be closed starting at 6:00 a.m.
Saturday, July 20:
- Streets closed from 5:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.:
- Centre Street (from University Avenue to Park Boulevard)
- Normal Street (from University Avenue to Washington Street)
- Cleveland Avenue (from Richmond Street to Washington Street)
- Harvey Milk Way (from Cleveland Avenue to Centre Street)
- Lincoln Avenue (from Washington Street to Park Boulevard)
- The Quince Street exit from 163 North will be closed from 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- The University Avenue exit from 163 South will be reduced to one lane and will only allow right turns onto University Avenue (west) from 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Streets closed from 6:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.:
- University Avenue (from 5th Avenue to Park Boulevard)
- Herbert Street (from University Avenue to Robinson Avenue)
- Essex Street (from Herbert Street to Richmond Street)
- Centre Street (from University Avenue to half a block south)
- 6th Avenue (from University Avenue to Upas Street)
- Robinson Avenue (from 5th Avenue to 6th Avenue)
- Evans Place (from 5th Avenue to 6th Avenue)
- Pennsylvania Avenue (from 5th Avenue to 6th Avenue)
- Anderson Place (from 5th Avenue to 6th Avenue)
- Ivy Lane (from 5th Avenue to 6th Avenue)
- Upas Street (from 5th Avenue to 6th Avenue)
- Balboa Drive in Balboa Park (from 6th Avenue and Upas Street to El Prado)
Residents and visitors are advised to plan ahead and seek alternative routes to avoid disruptions during the event.
