On Wednesday, October 2, users will be able to enjoy a free ride on all MTS Trolleys and buses, as well as the NCTD COASTER, SPRINTER, and BREEZE. No PRONTO card is required.

This event provides multiple transportation options for those looking to avoid traffic and parking, especially with direct routes to major employment centers in San Diego. The three Trolley lines connect downtown to various areas, and the Rapid network offers frequent, non-stop service.

Additionally, MTS provides access to some of the best attractions in San Diego. Visitors can explore North Park, South Park, Little Italy, and the beaches along the Pacific Coast. Free Ride Day also coincides with Kids Free San Diego, where admission to most museums is free throughout the month.
