This week, more details of the altercation involving Julio Urías and his romantic partner have come to light, resulting in him being on administrative leave by Major League Baseball, preventing him from pitching for the Los Angeles Dodgers since the incident.

The altercation took place on September 3rd at the BMO Stadium in Los Angeles, following the LAFC vs. Inter Miami game.

According to reporters, some women asked Julio Urías for photos, which did not sit well with Urías' partner, who left the area, leaving the baseball player alone.

However, Julio Urías caught up with her, approached her from behind, put his arm around her, and struck her. He cornered her against a fence and pulled her hair.

As a result of this, Julio Urías' partner was bleeding after the incident, in addition to having signs of strangulation and redness on her face and neck.

At the time, Urías had to pay $50,000 to be released from jail after being charged with a serious domestic violence offense.

Currently, the Los Angeles police are continuing to investigate the incident and interview witnesses.
