Alex Marín, known on social media for producing and starring in adult digital content, was arrested on Tuesday in broad daylight in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco. The arrest took place on Las Garzas Street, in the city's northern hotel zone. The Jalisco State Prosecutor’s Office reported the detention of Alejandro “N,” known online for his involvement in adult entertainment. The warrant was executed in Puerto Vallarta.

According to authorities, he is under investigation for his alleged involvement in crimes related to the grooming and exploitation of a minor, as well as for the unauthorized distribution of sensitive material.

The case alleges that Marín established a relationship with a 16-year-old girl, gaining her trust before involving her in inappropriate activities and sharing material on digital platforms.

Jalisco security officials stated that the operation was conducted discreetly and without significant resistance from the suspect. Marín, 40, was intercepted by law enforcement officers who carried out the arrest warrant against him.

News of the arrest was made public through the Jalisco State Prosecutor’s official account on the social media platform X. Marín has previously sparked controversy for filming explicit content in public spaces and for openly promoting his polyamorous lifestyle.
