The Family Justice Center will be closed but will provide contacts for domestic violence cases. Some public facilities like reservoirs and golf courses will remain open.

In San Diego County, the situation varies, with some parks open and others closed, and public clinics out of service, although some COVID-19 testing sites will continue to operate.

Emergency services such as the police and firefighters will operate as usual. Some parking regulations will be suspended, while banks will be closed, but ATMs will be available. USPS will not deliver mail on Monday. Public transportation will run on a modified schedule.

Travelers are urged to obey traffic laws, drive safely, and not use their cell phones while driving during the Labor Day weekend due to increased traffic.

All services will return to normal on Tuesday, September 5th.
