The Peruvian National Police (PNP) successfully deceived a suspected drug dealer and apprehended her, as reported by official sources on Wednesday, February 14th. An undercover officer, disguised as a bear and holding a sign with the phrase "You're my reason to smile" along with a heart-shaped balloon, managed to distract the suspect.

When one of the suspected criminals opened the door upon seeing the bear with the sign for Valentine's Day, an officer seized the opportunity to immobilize her and handcuff her before loading her into a police van.

The officer's success drew the attention of his colleagues, who quickly came to assist. They entered the residence and arrested the second woman. During the inspection of the premises, authorities found over a thousand wraps of cocaine paste, as well as bills and coins of various denominations.
