A shocking video has emerged on social media, showing a homeless man who refused to receive treatment after one of his hands was amputated, allegedly in Nogales, Sonora.

According to the conversation captured between the paramedics and the man, he was rejecting help, arguing that he "had things to do," while manipulating the exposed flesh of his limb.

The individual, clearly disoriented, displayed an aggressive attitude towards the people trying to help him.

Initially, the man claimed to have fallen, but a witness present at the scene mentioned that a beam had actually fallen on him, causing the amputation of his hand.

Despite the efforts of the paramedics to provide first aid and convince him to receive treatment, the man showed impatience and disorientation due to his sister's alleged delay in bringing him medicine.

"My sister will tell me I'm late. Right now my sister will bring me medicine."

Finally, when the paramedics covered the wound with plastic, the man got up and left the scene.

Another circulating video showed the amputated hand abandoned on the street.
