A man approximately 30 years old with a slim build was found dead in colonia Libertad parte alta on Thursday night in Tijuana. The body was discovered at 10:00 p.m. between 16th Street, Félix Parra, and Manuel Contreras Avenue.

The deceased, dressed in a black T-shirt and gray shorts, was found in the living room of a house. The victim was handcuffed at the wrists and ankles with locks and had a gunshot wound to the head.

Two ballistic pieces of evidence were found at the scene, which have been secured by authorities for analysis. Investigations are ongoing, and no arrests related to the homicide have been reported so far.
