Municipal police officers arrested a man transporting a body following a citizen report on Thursday, August 22, detailing a fight at a residence on Yucatán Street in the Hidalgo neighborhood.

According to information from the Municipal Secretary of Security and Citizen Protection (SSPCM), municipal police were dispatched to a residence in the Centro delegation, where they found a man dragging a bundle wrapped in a tarp.

After conducting various investigations, officers discovered that the bundle contained a person who was bound, had multiple signs of violence, and showed no vital signs.

As a result, José Francisco “N,” 33, was arrested as the suspected perpetrator. He had a criminal record for homicide and was taken into custody by the appropriate authorities to initiate further investigations.
