A man was attacked with a sharp weapon in the Morelos neighborhood. The incident occurred at the corner of Juan Escutia and Manuel Gutiérrez streets.

According to witnesses, the victim ran out of his home screaming for help. He had a head wound, and neighbors, seeing him bleeding heavily, initially thought he had been shot, prompting them to alert the police.

The injured man, approximately 40 years old, was stabilized and transported in critical condition to a hospital. So far, the perpetrators of the attack have not been identified.
