Tijuana: Man falls from second floor of commercial building at San Ysidro port of entry

In the early hours of Tuesday, a man between 25 and 30 years old fell from the second floor of a commercial building at the pedestrian crossing of the San Ysidro Port of Entry.
Municipal police officers requested emergency support, with paramedics from the Red Cross and Tijuana firefighters arriving at the scene to assist the injured man.
He sustained a fractured lower jaw along with other serious injuries. After being stabilized at the scene, he was transported to a hospital, where his condition is reported as critical.
The man’s identity and the circumstances of the accident remain unknown, as his injuries prevented him from communicating with authorities.
