Human remains were found Thursday morning along with a message containing threats behind the Baja California State Attorney General’s Office (FGE) building, on Vía Rápida Alamar Norte in the Chapultepec Alamar neighborhood, Centenario District.

According to unofficial reports, the discovery was made around 7:36 a.m. after a 911 call from a citizen who reported a banner placed on the sidewalk.

Municipal police officers secured the area, while forensic investigators from the FGE collected evidence to begin their investigation. So far, no arrests or identifications have been reported in connection with the incident.
