During a raid conducted on Sunday, agents from the Attorney General’s Office (FGR) and the Mexican Navydiscovered and disabled an illegal fuel tap on a property in La Rumorosa.

According to a statement from the Secretariat of the Navy, naval personnel from the Second Naval Zone provided perimeter security to carry out the search warrant at the property in La Rumorosa.

The clandestine tap measured two meters in diameter and three meters in depth and was permanently sealed.

The secured property has been placed at the disposal of the competent authorities to determine its legal status.
