In Pattaya, Thailand, a British skydiver lost his life after encountering problems with his equipment during a jump from the 29th floor of a building. The 33-year-old man was recorded by numerous spectators.

Local authorities arrived at the scene to find the man's lifeless body, who, according to testimonies, was experienced in this extreme sport. Witnesses recounted that the man's parachute failed to open, causing him to collide with a tree before impacting the ground.

The moment of the accident was also captured on video by his companion, who also filmed the man's final words before his jump. In the footage circulated on social media, the skydiver is seen attempting to open his parachute unsuccessfully, while the cameraperson remains stunned on the rooftop of the building after hearing the impact.

Authorities have confirmed that the young man was carrying his own parachute, designed by himself, suggesting that the equipment failure could be related to a manufacturing or operational flaw. An investigation is underway to determine if the skydiver had performed previous jumps from the same building.
