In a shocking video captured by a security camera, the murder of the owner of Bernal Butcher Shop in Plaza Merced 2000, Mexico City (CDMX), was recorded. The incident occurred last Wednesday in the Venustiano Carranza borough.

In the footage shared on social media by journalist Azucena Uresti, it can be seen that the victim, wearing a black shirt and light-colored pants, was outside his establishment when a man dressed in white approached and shot him, causing him to fall immediately. After the attack, the assailant fled without any interference from those present.

The video shows that the situation in the Plaza appeared normal until the moment of the attack. Following the murder, the attacker left without encountering any resistance from the bystanders.

The victim, wounded by multiple gunshots, was still moving on the ground at the end of the video. This incident has caused shock in the community and has drawn attention to the violence affecting Mexico City.
