On Sunday night in the city of Tijuana, the presence of a poster with a narco-message next to a suspicious bag was reported near a Calimax on Hipódromo Boulevard.

Those who alerted the authorities were people walking in the area, mentioning that the remains were on the sidewalk of the pedestrian zone.

Upon arrival, officers inspected the bags, which apparently contained remains, and subsequently cordoned off the area until personnel from the State Attorney General's Office arrived to continue the relevant investigations.
